Did you know that 3 out of 4 Americans with chronic health conditions don’t take their medications as directed? This can lead to hospital re-admissions and other complications which can easily be prevented.
Check out this public service announcement developed as part of the Script Your Future Medication Adherence Challenge with interdisciplinary UW Health Science students.
The Script Your Future campaign is intended to increase medication adherence by encouraging people to visit scriptyourfuture.org. At scriptyourfuture.org people can pledge to take their medications safely and effectively and find additional resources to improve their health.
